W. K. To & Co.’s lawyers Cindy Chen, Kenny Chun and Ronald To visited clients and lawyers in Beijing from 26-27 February 2019, including JIN TAI LAW FIRM (北京金台律師事務所)、JINGSH LAW FIRM (北京京師律師事務所) and HENGDU LAW FIRM (北京恒都律師事務所) . 

Apart from exchanging views and insights on the legal industry, our team also delivered a presentation on shareholders disputes for the PRC lawyers, covering the usual disputes among the shareholders and the importance of shareholders agreement. The talk obviously inspired participants’ interest and led to a heated discussion about differences between two jurisdictions.

Judging from the feedback from our clients and referrers, the visit was a successful and fruitful one. We expressed our gratitude again for the warm hospitality of all the above firms.
