W. K. To & Co.'s Kenneth To (Partner, Corporate and Commercial) and Kenny Chun (Consultant, Litigation and Dispute Resolution) visited Beijing Yingke Law Firm Shenzhen Office 北京市盈科 (深圳) 律師事務所 on 1 August 2018. During the visit, Kenny delivered a talk on Mareva Injunction in Hong Kong and Kenneth also shared about the latest developments in business regulations in the region.   Kenny discussed the legal principles for applying for Mareva Injunction, obligations owed by an applicant to the Court during the ex parte application and also considered the consequences of breaching these obligations, illustrated by cases handled by the firm. The presentation was well-received by the attendees who found the content informative and commented that the sharing has enhanced their understanding of the procedures of application for interim relief in the Hong Kong Court.
