Max is an associate in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. He handles a wide spectrum of civil and commercial litigation cases, especially contractual claims, shareholders’ disputes, arbitration and cross-border enforcement actions. He also has experience in bankruptcy and winding up matters as well as regulatory investigations.
